ICAP operates four thrift stores within the service area: the Encore Family Store in Madison (Lake County), the Nearly New Shop in Howard (Miner County), the Used 2 B New in Clark (Clark County), and The Closet in Flandreau (Moody County). The store employees coordinate local donations and volunteer opportunities in each community. If an income-eligible person or family cannot afford to purchase clothing, the Community Service Worker in that county can provide a voucher allowing them to get clothing at no charge.
