The Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership Foundation, Inc. (ICAPF), was established to strengthen ICAP’s impact through fundraising, advocacy, and strategic partnerships that promote self-sufficiency and community well-being.
About the ICAP Foundation
The ICAP Foundation was created to ensure the long-term sustainability, growth, and impact of Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership. For over 60 years, ICAP has walked alongside South Dakotans by providing programs that support stability, dignity, and opportunity. Our foundation builds on this legacy by creating new avenues of support that allow ICAP to adapt, innovate, and meet emerging community needs.
Through philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and community engagement, the ICAP Foundation expands ICAP’s ability to deliver life-changing services across its 19-county region. The foundation serves as a catalyst for:
• Strengthening ICAP’s financial foundation through diversified, mission-aligned funding.
• Fueling long-term community impact by supporting capital projects, new initiatives, and service expansions.
• Building collaborative partnerships that elevate ICAP’s mission and the well-being of South Dakotans.
• Ensuring ICAP’s programs remain strong and responsive for generations to come.
The ICAP Foundation exists to ensure that the people ICAP serves, children, families, older adults, and individuals seeking stability, have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive today and long into the future.
