South Dakota Housing Development Authority, in partnership with Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership, Inc. (ICAP), the Helpline Center, and other partner agencies, are announcing $10 million in available funding to assist South Dakota residents with housing expenses through the SD CARES Housing Assistance Program (SDCHAP). If you have been financially impacted due to COVID-19,the SDCHAP may be able to provide temporary rent, mortgage or utility assistance to South Dakota residents.
