Public Transportation
ICAP's Public Transportation program began in 1974. The program
provides affordable transportation for the public to doctors, dentists,
hospitals, nutrition sites, government and social service offices, churches,
senior centers, shopping areas, schools, day care centers and summer recreation
programs. ICAP operates the transit programs in Deuel, Miner, and Moody counties.
In addition, ICAP is the manager for the transit systems in Madison, Brandon,
and Dell Rapids.
Participants over the age of 60 are requested to make a donation for the ride,
and those under 60 are charged a fee.
