Emergency Food & Shelter

ICAP delivers Emergency Food and Shelter (EFSP) services for the following counties. These funds can help people with emergency needs (rent/mortgage payment, utilities, emergency lodging, food, etc.) for one month. There is no income eligibility for the services, but proof is required that the need is immediate and that all other potential resources have been exhausted.

ICAP is administering the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program which offers free tax help to participants whose household makes $54,000 or less, persons with disabilities and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals.
