With the evident relationship between substance abuse and homelessness, ICAP addresses homelessness among individuals who are working through the Drug Court system or referrals from Court Services in Codington County by providing case management services, rental assistance and security deposit assistance. Participants must meet with a Housing Stabilization Coach who will assist in developing a Housing Stabilization Plan with the goal/benefit of obtaining and maintaining permanent housing, increasing their overall income and accessing the necessary supportive services within the community.
